Thank you for a fantastic rap to our 2017-2018 season! It waxed, waned and waxed again! What an ending!
Our last day of the season, March 31, was beautiful, and the snow held up, despite warm temperatures and fog. The mountain had hundreds of people enjoying the slopes, with many more just hanging out in the lodge.
And so, this truly is a rap. A big thank you to everybody who purchased a season pass, and also to those who skied on day tickets. We could not operate this mountain without the seasonal staff, and all of the volunteers who do it for the love of skiing and helping the public. Both were incredible ambassadors of the mountain, and all that we do here to bring family fun outdoors each winter.
The full-time staff also deserve big kudos, as they are the ones who work tirelessly to get the mountain ready for skiers and then break it all back down at the close of the season.
There were bitter cold days, rainy days and super snowy days, and everybody worked together to make it all happen.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. After a little rest, we’ll do it all again and see you back out here in December!
