Events, Weddings, & Lodge Rentals
The Snow Bowl Lodge offers a great location for wedding receptions, company picnics, small meetings, etc. The lodge can handle about 100 people seated, with room for dancing, etc. In addition, with the awning in place over a large deck, another 50 to 60 people can be seated comfortably. For less formal occasions requiring less seating, the lodge can handle larger groups. Lodge Rentals include the use of the kitchen facilities.
The adjacent ballfield, tennis courts, and pond areas can also be used, but are not considered part of the rental, and are available on a first come first served basis. E-mail us today for a price quote, and to answer any questions you may have, or call us at 207-236-3438.

Rental Information / Fees
$300 Non-profit weekend (24hr – 6am to 6am) rental
$250 Friday set –up charge (3pm on)
$300 Weekday (24hr – 6am to 6am) rental
$200 Non-profit weekday (24hr – 6am to 6am) rental
$100 Weekday meeting rental (3hrs)
$100 refundable key/cleaning deposit

$100 for first 3 hours, $35 for each additional hour
25% administrative fee added to police detail.
Police detail ($125) will be paid at time of reservation.
Additional hours will be billed to rental party after event.
When rental is over, lodge cleaned up, key returned, and police detail paid, the $100 deposit will be returned.
The lodge can comfortably seat 100 people inside, and roughly 60 more on picnic tables on the deck.

Note: Rental groups provide their own dishes, utensils, cooking and serving ware. There is a dumpster in parking lot for trash.
